My reaction is that Noob isn't a character that I used in the most recent game. Scorpion yes, he was one of my mains along with Mileena. I really don't know much about Noob other than SPAM HIS SPECIALS... oh wait, that's all there is to know.
So my brain got the Scorpion part right, but not the Noob Saibot part. Maybe my brain was also just stating in a subtle way its anticipation for the upcoming Noob Saibot vs. Scorpion match in the Supreme Champion voting poll.

Well, Noob Saibot also has an up-close game with the Shadows. Noob can mix things up with Shadow Slide or Tackle in mid-combo. He can use EX Black Hole in mid-combo and that'll almost guarantee a jumping reaction from the opponent, so Upknee or Neutral Jump Punch into juggle combo. Using Shadow Upknee at the end or in the middle of a blocked combo leaves Noob at safety.
You can use B+1, 2, 1, 4 ~ Behind Black Hole ~ Shadow Tackle to push the blocking opponent into the Portal. From there you can do a Neutral Jump Punch, forward dash into B+2, dash, 1, 2 ~ Teleport. Gives good damage.
