Yesterday.......or in the earliest hours of today (think after 12:00 AM) I played a bit of Mortal Kombat. Moderately good session.

First match was against a Smoke player, and a good one. Smoke vs. Kratos. I did pretty well in the first two rounds, third round, not so much. Up next was Smoke vs. Liu Kang. Lost that too. I was going to press X for a rematch, but the "Ending game" process after a match was taking a while. I was looking at my PSN friends list, when I noticed the "Ending game" process finished and we were asked if we wanted a rematch. I exited the XMB and the other guy pressed X, but as soon as I get back to the game, it was apparent that waiting 3 more seconds was the equivalent of the amount of time it would take to floss your teeth with a rib bone. He pressed "no" before I could press "yes" and we were sent back to the game lobby.

The reason I said "moderately good session" was because the "Game session is no longer available" messages were catching up to me. But at least it didn't get stuck in a "Connecting to player" phase.

Next match was Shang Tsung/Liu Kang vs. Johnny Cage/Mileena. The other guy did good, but could not overcome my tag-team.
Rematch was Freddy Krueger/Noob Saibot vs. Johnny Cage/Mileena. Again, he did good but I won. The game was taking forever in the "Ending game" phase and got stuck in that. So i sent the guy his props for his good skill and told him he would get even better with practice.

I quit the game while it was stuck in the "Ending game" and I play my favorite music track afterwards.
