Tried playing Mass Effect 3 on the PS3. For some odd reason, its all fuckered up. The cutscenes are fucked up. The game freezes some times. The audio keeps going but the video doesn't. Either my PS3 is getting old or something.

Not once did I say that that was the reason I don't enjoy it. You told me to understand that they are just being themselves and I replied to your post. I don't like it because it is horrible humor if you can even call it that, and it is a stupid fad that people only like because it is a cartoon. There are a ton of cartoons that suck out there, and yes some people actually find ways to enjoy them (much to my amazement). No one gave a shit about MLP before this show and a few people started to like it and everyone had to hop on the bandwagon. I bet half of the people don't even watch the show all of the time (as in... when episodes are released, not literally 24/7). It's pretty much comparable to someone saying they are the FAN of a specific artist and only listening to one song by them over and over again. You are not a fan of the artist, you are a fan of the song. There is a difference.

I have tried watching the show. It isn't funny at all, the idea of the show is stupid, and the fact that all of the bronies who normally shove their fandom down everyone elses throats go even crazier when a character who doesn't often get lines speaks just makes the whole matter worse. I don't watch Blue Mountain State and then shove it down people's throats when Harmon became more of a main character in the series. I didn't shove it down peoples throats when I saw Kenny's face for the first time in south park. I was like "oh that's cool" and moved on with my life because either people saw it too from being a fan, or the people who didn't see it probably don't give a shit.

So in part... Yes, I suppose it is the ridiculously obnoxious fanbase it has. I don't mean obnoxious as in a large amount of fans (which that still confuses me on its own) but the people are the obnoxious ones. Maybe a very Very VEry VERy VERY slim portion of them aren't obnoxious and to those people I say kudos for realizing that not everyone has to like what you do. The other part of my hatred is the horrible plots, the theme song that would almost make me rather listen to Brokencyde or Blood On The Dance Floor, amongst pretty much every other aspect of the show.


Anyone can like what they want to like and I am all for that, but people shouldn't force their fandom on other people without a thought that they may not like it and then get all butthurt when people tell them to kindly fuck off. (not directed at you in any way, just to people who do that.)

Actually, tons of people gave a shit about MLP before this show. Just not a bunch of guys. If you really think the show is shit, you should see the ones before it.

This. Hell, I've taken a break from the show. Not the fandom though. I check out comics and music and other things, but I'm tired of watching reruns.
