Turns out that four bands played and I had friends in all four of them. I wish that I had picked up an instrument when I was younger. I always feel like I'm too old now to learn how to play and to jam out with my friends.

My Doctor Who obsession is getting out of hand. I just acquired all seasons of the Sarah Jane Adventures. Now, the reason why that is "getting out of hand" is because that now brings my "Who and Who Related Folder" to 306G. That folder includes 268G of Who itself, consisting of each series, the TV movie, and audio reconstructions of lost episodes; I organized it all by Doctor. Torchwood, which is 25.5G (Such a great show, by the way. Not too keen on the occasional homosexual romance scenes, but the show is so well written that I get passed it) and now I have my 12.5 G of the Sarah Jane Adventures. Honestly, the only show I haven't felt compelled to get is K-9, which seemed to me to just be a show to earn more cash and not really a show for expanding the Whoniverse.

Last night, I went out for my friend's birthday and got hella twisted.

I ended up spending most of my time hanging with HIS friend who I met at work. We're scarily similar and get along very well. We watched the game a little, bought beers at the bar together, went out to smoke cigs and it rained. It was incredible, man. To too it all off, I finally got to try Taco Boy. Es bueno!

His family owns a cottage and I'm going up there one of these weekends. Bringing some weed, books and maybe some hard cider, because I drink for both the taste and inebriation. Never expected to become as cool with these guys as I have as quickly as I have.

It's always too hard to get a hold of a counselor at school because everyone booked timings like crazy early. I need to know what kind of great internships there are... Could have had one... COULD HAVE HAD ONE AT NETHERREALM STUDIOS, but I wasn't a student that this one school when I tried filling out an application. Tried entering my school, couldn't locate it, realized that I HAD to be a student at this school that the internship was for. Couldn't pretend to be a student there, I'm not that much of a troublemaker. Did thank my friend who showed me it though... Of all the schools, you'd think the one that's more artsy would have the internship opportunity flying around there but no, it's to a different school that doesn't seem real artsy. Only thing they had was graphic design, while I'm sitting here, learning how to work with a Lt. Dan rig and showing off a few of the 12 principles of animation. FACK!

So, hopefully, they have another one this year because they had one in my field... That, and I need to know a good school to go to for my masters... Things to think of right now and it's only the fourth week in of school.

I love it when my job calls me and asks if I can work, I tell them that I'd try to get there, they say they'll call me back, and then they don't.

The communication skills are seriously lacking.
