Freedom Writers' is good, but there just way too many movies about bad students with a teacher that offers hope. E.g Coach Carter, Dangerous Minds, Take The Lead etc....


Good movie, but it had that been there, done that feel. A.K.A it was unoriginal.

I was taking a walk going to get my brother a birthday card when I almost got caught in the middle of a thunderstorm. Luckily, a very nice lady happened to be home when I ran on to her porch to find refuge from the pouring rain. She let me in and offered to drive me to the drug store and back. If it wasn't for her, I would've been drenched bad. Stupid weatherman lied this morning saying it was gonna be sunny.

She lived a block away and I've seen her around so I knew her by face and by saying hi to each other. Where I live now, walking distance is so long it's like climbing a mountain. I seriously need a car.
