Well, ever since this thread hit 10,000 posts, we've been speeding towards 20,000. I have an idea for a game. Whoever can guess the exact date that this thread hits 20,000 posts will win 5 DPs. Only your first guess will count (if I see you edit or hear that you edited, you're disqualified), and you must hit it exactly to win.

Okay, I need help with my iPod.

I had to delete everything from my PC. So anyway, stupid me, connected the iPod before installing it, so now that I put the CD in to install it; and connect the iPod, the PC doesn't read it when I connect it using the USB connector.

Anyone know what I can do?

so basically now when I connect the iPod to the PC. It doesn't work. I don't know what to do.

Have you tried restarting your PC? That might make the problem go away.

Call Apple support. They helped me when I couldn't install my brothers' new video iPods.
