thats pretty scary.. that remins me of the time there was a bomb scare in my sisters school, and instead of running for their lives, they where made to hide under their tables. i dont get it, it was a hoax, but it was later told that something to do with the voting over Sinn Fein and DUP and what not, all with the Catholics and Protestants..Grr.

Some days i actually hope i get banned for something stupid so i can finally get off this site and stop treading water with my life. Take all the time i've spent on mko over the past year and use it to go out and actually do something. Anything.

btw, i think the people in the xbox and playstation2 live forums are starting to devolve. They're like our weird creepy monkey like ancestors who are on the verge of discovering fire. If you go there and use proper english they all scatter in fear and confusion. The tournament forums are the third world countries of mko. much like flying a plane over new guinea, if one were to go there and use impressive html i bet the inhabitants would accuse the user of witch craft and much poop would be thrown.

Hah, I was just thinking the same thing. I always come here when i'm bored. Which is quite a bit. But I can't help it because it's a habit. I could be spending that time doing something awesome like learning impossibly difficult yoyo tricks or mastering the glockenspiel or something. Anything other than welcoming people to the site over and over - absolutely NONE of which actually stick around for longer than 3 visits anyway, making it a complete waste of time.

You and me aren't so different, you know. Did you ever stop to think that maybe we're actually the same person but we don't realise it because we have a personality disorder?

Today is Black Friday and im going shopping (gonna watch everyone punch each other at the mall).

Steph didn't get voted out!. I am sick of her running the show, is getting old. Can't wait for this season to be over.

Same exact thing here. Anytime I turn on my computer to do homework, play a game, talk to friends, or whatever I always find myself clicking on the Internet icon and going to MKO. And its weird when I know for a fact there is nothing going on at mko (from visiting the site earlier on in the day or something) yet I still come here and just surf through piles of generic birthday replies or unfunny/pointless threads (to me at least). Which btw the typical post found in those kind of threads, for some people, seem to have become more of a weird Internet reflex than they are thoughtful responses. However, I can't really make up my mind on whether this is a bad thing or not. On one side those posts are polite/common courtesy, but on the other side they have become so repetitive that they've simply lost all meaning.

Also you bring up a good point, when was the last time a normal user made a "hi I'm new" thread and then actually stuck around in the general forum? And by normal I mean a member who could speak properly, wasn't addicted to the smiley feature, and could actually understand the basic mechanics of a forum after about 100 visits or so (i.e no double posts, knowing how to quote, using periods, spacing between paragraphs, not making millions of pointless/redundant threads, etc).



The idea has crossed my mind a bit. I always figured half my brain was from new zealand. So how about you get to be concious mondays through thursdays and i get control fridays through sundays. You get the extra day since i get the weekends. We'll also split the soul 50/50. It's a very good deal if i do say so myself
