PSP dominance over the DS my ass, the PSP is a great handheld.

True about 360 not necessarily "dominating",. but if system power was the determining factor, PS3 would have left 360 and the Wii in the dust.

Once again, I'm referring to overall sales. Dreamcast was a great system, IMO, but it tanked.

Uncharted 4 is supposed to be coming out for the PS4.

My boyfriend finally bought himself a PS3 last week and heard about E3 making an announcement about PS4, now he's not too pleased, but is pleased that Netflix is working and will be helping me get my online network to work at my dorm. So hey, I can play MK2011 online since it was released!!!

Games will probably take even longer to make.

I kinda hope that what my boyfriend told me was kinda true. That the PS4 would kinda work like the PS Vita in a way. I forget the details that he explained but, it would somewhat make sense.

If I could remember word for word that he said about how he thinks the system would work in that way, I would totally have written down.

Unfortunately, my back is aching like a mother trucker after a week in Disney World and sleeping on a poor ass mattress and my attention span is turning me into a different direction so... I guess figure out what the heck I just wrote.

Can't wait for the console reveals. Here's what I'm hoping for:
- 560 gtx type graphics or equivalent
- 4.0 quad core
- 4 GBs of ram.
- Native 1080p or higher(if it can get higher)
BONUS
- 2 SKUs: one without disc drive and one that is solely digital.

I think that seems reasonable.

Also, I almost really doubt there will be Xbox 3 and PS4. Im sure people said the same thing last year but I dont think there will be.

Money is harder to be getting a hold of and almost every single 3rd party developer bitched that they didn't make profits on the 360/PS3 for at least the first year.

Purely digital is a bad idea. Not only do many people still prefer physical media, but retail stores will lose revenue from game sales, and your game library will be reliant on your HDD space. Not everyone has a stable internet connection.

Don't get me started on the possibility of cloud storage for your titles as mandatory. I don't like the idea of your ability to play your games being reliant on the online upkeep of an outside source. If they're down, or your connection craps out, you're screwed.
