Out of the three you named only KH3 sparks my interest.


I played the first Infamous and enjoyed it a bit but it was really repetitive.

The best Final Fantasy is FF1 and both FF13 was shit so I never bothered playing FF13-2 but from watching m0s play... it seemed just as uninteresting.

As much as I want to like Sony for what they are trying to do, there are very few AAA exclusives that really interest me. I'm not crazy about Microsoft's direction with its hardware, but its exclusives just interest me more. Its kind of why I was let down by the PS3. I have no interest in Killzone, Resistance, Uncharted or even Watchdogs, Kingdom heart 3, Final Fantasy 15 and their indie line up are all that interest me at the moment.


Onto other games, Destiny from Bungie and Activision looks really good IMO. It looks like Halo, COD, Borderlands, Bioshock and MMO all combined into one with a Star Wars feel to it.

I know a lot of people are getting tired of FPS, but I feel both Destiny and Titanfall are great new directions for the genre and a much need breath of fresh air.

Dude, 13-2 is a good game. It plays nothing like 13 did, except for the battle system and even that is much improved if only because you don't get a game over if the character you're controlling gets KO'd.

That said, FF2 and 3 are also good games.

Holy Jesus that was an awesome conference. 100 bucks cheaper and used games. They won guys. And Destiny looks pretty cool to be honest. Thought it was gonna be dumb, but if niggas can just hop in and help, I'm all for it.

To be honest, I've never cared for any exclusive outside of Nintendo's. I only have a PS3 for 2 reasons, the Wii sucked ass, free online.

I've played Halo, Forza, Killzone, Uncharted, Infamous, Wipeout and liked them (except Forza, so fucking boring) but that's it. I think they are all good games but I don't really care. I have Uncharted 1 and 2 because of bundles, Infamous and Wipeout because free game after PSN hack (lost the account though lol), and Killzone 3 because of an MK9 tournament.

I wish I could buy a Nintendo console and play Mortal Kombat or Injustice this upcoming generation but no, so I'm going to buy a PS4, because the Xbox One as a console is shit, the games look fine (except KI3, that crap looks so current gen).

Sony just won the console wars. Mostly with the $100 cut, used games, and KH3.

And, PerfectLegend (EVO MK winner, @PerfectLegend) tweeted something about MK10. I haven't seen anything on that, I won't believe it 'til I see it.

The thing that baffles me with MS is that last/current gen, MS admired they knew that the key to winning is to release before Sony and to release a system at the sweet spot of $300-$400. So its just mind boggling that they would choose to release the system at $500, when they know the PS4 is going to be released at a lower price point and within weeks of the Xbox One.

Sony isn't giving MS an inch and are going out of their way to more consumer and developer friendly and to state it.

Even though I plan on sticking with MS for the time being, i know full well they are hurting themselves.

Right now for launch exclusives between the two consoles though, this is how i weigh the systems for games that interest me:

Xbox One:
Killer Instinct
Forza 5
Project Spark

PS4:
Driveclub

Hmmmm Tekken Revolution looks like a beta for Tekken X Street Fighter, cant wait to download it tomorrow. Apparently they've taken out bounds, added some type of super move (invincible move) added new animations for the characters that are in it so far.

Marvel vs Capcom 4???????

Killer Instinct I'll have to wait and see, I feel extremely nostalgic but those character models look awful.

Sony's E3 press conference in a nutshell: Sony E3 Press Conference

[edit]: Technically the price of the two consoles are the same. The PS4 is $400 but doesn't come with the PS Eye camera, which is another $60. I'm not sure if the PS4 includes a PS move controller, but that would push the cost of the system well over the cost of the Xbox One.

Fine with me. 50 bucks a year for online play (Remember guys, JUST FOR
ONLINE PLAY. You can still talk to your friends and shit and do everything else, just can't play multiplayer on games) and a bunch of free games that change every month with some being a bundle? I'm okay with that. Next thing we need to learn is the base price for next gen games. Will it be 60 still or jumped up to 70.

I learned my lesson last time, I'll wait for Ultra Marvel vs Capcom 4 Alpha to come out.

Also with Tekken Revolution coming out tomorrow I'm hoping this will lead to some news about Tekken X Street Fighter, I'm still happy with Tekken Tag 2 though.

It looks like games still cost $60. I already pre-order my systems and the games are priced the same.

I'm actually curious though if they will be any kind of a discount for buying digital copies through the online service? As both consoles are offering all titles Day 1 launch on their respective networks. No need to go to midnight launches and wait in line.
