I don't think it's cool to change the battle of the thread like that.

The match up sounds kinda interesting, though.

It was merely a suggestion, followed by speculation on the better warrior.

In short, Vader vs Voldemort would be an interesting battle. Dark Warrior vs a Dark Sorceror is always an interesting battle.


Kota and Kenshi under the warrior archetype, the question would be how strong is Kenshi's metal blade against a lightsaber?


Kota's mastery of Juyo made him a powerful swordman and Kenshi's devotion to the sword arts and the martial arts are runs deeply as Kota's mastery of Juyo.

No contest, it's going to be Vader.



They can deflect the lightening stuff the emperor uses and pretty much anything you throw at them.The energy in the magic spells are probably similar enough.

Not every spell is a projectile.

Some spells, like Stupefy, Reducto, and the UCs, attack the body directly. Others, like Confundo and Legilimens, attack the mind directly.

Also, a wand is not needed to cast spells.

Vader is screwed, man.

Darth Vader. He can choke Voldemort out.

Magic vs. Machine. Voldemort would put up a Hell of a fight and to be honest I'm not sure who would come out on top. But judging from book 7 of Harry Potter, Voldemort would cast a killing curse, Vader would deflect it with his Light Saber and Voldemort would be hit by his own curse and die. BTW that was the worst ending to a great story I have ever read. Totally ruined the whole story for me.

A good fight I think would be Batman vs. Ozymandius from The Watchmen.

Vader cannot deflect the Killing Curse, because it is not a projectile.

The curse targets the entire body directly and causes immediate death. There is no spell to prevent it from hitting you, and the only way to keep it from hitting someone else to sacrifice yourself by converting love into magic.

Lol yeah I forgot. But in order to perform that curse you have to chant some nonsense and I'm sure Vader could pull the choke off before Voldy could say it.
