1: yes, people that I invite will soon be able to invite people on their own.

2: Technicaly, yes, but as I previously stated in a post, I have no time to be an efficient MOD here. If I see something, I'll take care of it, but usually, the other MODs are already on it cause they are omnipresent! :)

Also, for those using free emails (hotmail and yahoo), make sure you check your junk mail folders. they tend to arrive in there most of the time.

When my invite got sent to my Yahoo! account, it appeared in my Inbox folder, but maybe it'll be different for others.

Not necessarily. I've had a Gmail account for well over several weeks and haven't been given any go-ahead to invite people at all.

if any of you are too impatient to wait for a GMail invite, check out http://www.spymac.com which also offers 1 gig of free email storage. Or better yet join the US Army where if you talk to the right people you will have unlimited email storage!
