Mine are not exactly foreign as you would define, however most are unknown to anyone other than aussies so...

Aussie Slang - English

Shit house (adj.) : of poor quality, unenjoyable ("this car is shit house", "the movie was shit house")

Shithouse (noun) : outside toilet
Dunny - also an outside toilet

Root (verb and noun) : synonym for f*ck in nearly all its senses: "I feel rooted"; "this washing machine is rooted"; "(s)he's a good root".

I dont speak italian fluentley (misspelled) in facts, not one, i have used google for translate this thing for. hope it works.

Chupacabras translates to 'goatsucker'; I think. Chupa comes from the verb 'chupar' which means to suck and 'cabra' means goat.
