Agreed. All of there music is crap. Every single time I turn on the radio it's nothing but, Eminem, 50 Cent, G Unit, D-12, Obie Trice, Loid banks, Young Buck, ect. Nothing else. It's getting old hearing the same people saying the same shit over and over (glad to see Mase is back though). There music is nothing but garbige in my opinion. The whole genere has lost it's roots the only artists that are still around that are true to hip-hop and what it was founded on are the Beastie Boys. And they still make great music even after 18 years.

I will agree that artists like Mos Def and Talib are more 'hip hop' then most MTV artists, but they are all in the same pool.

Real Hip-hop is/was Run DMC, Brucy B, Curtis Blow, etc. Real hip hop carries a message other then 'jack this nigga and fuck this bitch'. There are a few still out there, but it's not like it used to be.
