I saw the movie last night. I really enjoyed it. Perfect mix of action and comedy with 70'/80's nostalgic mixed in. I think they did a great job at laying the foundation for avengers 3 as well as setting up the infinity gauntlet for the casual audience.

Rocket and starlord where the highlight of the film for me.

"I got a plan to get us out, but i need that guys prosthetic leg to do it".

Loved it! IMO the best film of Phase 2 and definately on par with the avengers, and when you consider that film had 5 feature lengths films acting as foreplay for it, thats quite a feat.

That's concept art from "Guardians Of The Galaxy: The Art Of The Movie", which is probably loaded with all sorts of goodies. Remember, this is a movie that basically began its promotional campaign with production art: few people knew what the Guardians Of The Galaxy were before Marvel debuted the idea for fans at Comic Con with concept sketches.

- Guardians Of Galaxy's Awesome Mix Tape Vol. 1 Cassette Gets Its Own Trailer

Marvel has released a trailer for the upcoming release of Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Mix Tape Volume 1, due on cassette in late November.

The top-selling soundtrack of the year and one of the year's top ten albums, Awesome Mix will be the first cassette tape manufactured for sale by Disney in more than a decade. In partnership with Hollywood Records (a division of Disney Music Group), the cassette will be made available only to independent retailers partnered with Record Store Day, although you won't have to wait until April's Record Store Day to get it.
