Unfortunately no, this site is essentially for discussion, information, and support of the M.K. games. However you can find other gamers who play and set up matches, if you have the games and a sufficient internet connection. Also there is a wealth of knowledge about fatalities, how to play well, and places to find the games on this website. If you love M.K. this is a very good place to hang out and learn. You can just download an emulator if you just wanna play old MK games.

And you can use kalliera to play games such as UMK3 online. Anti3D.com has more info on this.

Yeah... okay. If you'd like to play games online, you'll have to buy a copy of the game or use an emulator. However, you are not allowed to request the ROM files on this site. You can request emulators in the Classic MK Games forums, but never the actual games themselves, for they fall in the realm of piracy.
