I cant access MKO since last Saturday (help!) / Cant post New threads
PROBLEM #1
So, I've address this issue to the admins/mods and I think they are working on it to help me out.
Long story short: I have reasons to believe my router is the main cause why I can't access MKO. The server won't work or download for me.
I've been on the phone with technicians about this issue. We've tried absolutely everything for 5 hours and a half with no success.
* Router setups have been changed like crazy and a billion times.
* Modem setups have been changed like crazy and a billion times.
* Cache and cookies have been deleted many times.
* My laptop has been restarted enough times.
* etc
Apparently, the last possible solution is to get the "Porp # of MKOnline to configure my router (completely) and make this work.
This is what they had to say about it:
"We need the Porp numbers for the website to pass through the firewall of the router.
Porp numbers allows the access to a particular website or application. It's like a security code/check for the firewall. Sometimes a few numbers will block it so each and every number has its own purposes.
According to them: I need the porp number/s to pass through the firewall on my router because its my router the one that is blocking it" (reason why its been impossible for me to access MKO for 3 days now).
Yes, I'm posting right now but I went through too much craziness to finally do this. And it's still not working on my computer+router.
Can anyone please help me out with this issue?
PROBLEM #2: As an extra, for some very strange reason, I can't post any "New Threads" in the MK2011 Discussion board. An error message appears telling me I don't have permission.....what's going on?
So, this is the message, it keeps appearing every time I tried to post a new thread, why is this happening to me? Thanks!

You don't have permission to access /perl/cds.cgi on this server.

Have you tried turning off the firewall?
You don't need any security/protection against this site. We all know it's not risky.
Hope you come back soon!

Yeah, the firewall has been disabled, but, I still can't access this site.
Also, I keep trying to post a new thread at the 2011 forum and this message constantly appears:
403 Forbidden

Awww that sucks.
Well I would call someone from your internet company to come over and fix the problem, like one of those installation people.
You're paying for it so they should do whatever to make it work.

Get with me on IRC.
I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is but I need to talk to you in real-time so I can do some troubleshooting to confirm the issue.
Thanks!

With TonyTheTiger's help, I tracked down the problem to a security system within our server. It's since been fixed and you should be able to log in now.
If this problem continues, please email me. I'm closing this thread as the issue is now resolved.
