I think you should not feel upset cause:

1o She MIGHT like you, but is afraid of saying.
2o Cause if she does consider you like a brother, then she has the right to feel confortable and be very nice to you.

Just be strong and tell her how you feel and dont ruin the beautiful friendship you two have.

Sometimes its best like that, the best things about friendship always get lost when it moves to something higher.

Sounds to me like she could have had mutual feeling for you, but maybe you went too far too fast for her. That or else she's found another guy she thinks is better, or she just didn't want to tell you bluntly she didn't feel the same way.
My guess is the first option, though.
