Every time I go on Youtube or any other video, the video runs slow. Like the video doesn't match up with the sound. I don't think I have a virus because all the websites that I go on run smoothly and every site comes on screen fast. I even did a virus scan and everything. What should I update for my videos to run smoothly again?

There are several things you can do:
1. First try updating your Flash Plugin. This should take care of it in most cases. Click here to update your Flash
2. Turn off hardware acceleration. This page explains it better than I have time to type out
3. If that doesn't work, try changing your paging size on your computer. You can do this by going to "Control Panel" then going to "System" then going to "Advanced" then going to "Performance Options" followed by "Virtual Memory". On this page it will tell you the amount of RAM your computer currently has as well as the current page size that the computer is using. Set the minimal amount to the size of your RAM that it displays, and set the maximum size to three times the amount of the size of your RAM.
If none of these work, I could possibly think of a few other alternatives, but try these out first.

I did both steps and it worked! Thank you very much for the help, I really appreciate it! There are several things you can do:

You're welcome! I work on comps for a living so I'm pretty used to trying to figure out troubleshooting issues.
