Congraduations to the Dallas Mavricks who just won the western conf championchip and congrads to the phoneix Suns who had a wonderful season with all their injuries prov many people including myself wrong. I will have a breakdown of Mavs Heat in the next day or 2 cause right now i can't make a prediction on who will win this series. Either way i can say we should look forward to another great series to one of the greatest nba playoffs in history.

Miami and Dallas in the Finals.

Im picking Miami in 6 games.

Should be a war of a series.

Ima pick the Heat in 7 and it'll go to the last shot of game 7.

Miami vs. Dallas this should be good, no way it doesnt go at least 6 games, we got the coach of the past, Pat Riley, vs. the coach of the present and future, Avery Johnson.

Ain't noway DeSagana Diop containing Shaq, if I'm Avery Johnson this is who I send out:

PG - jason terry
SG - devin harris
SF - dirk
PF - Diop
C - Dampier

I'd use that since the Heat are more than likely sending out

J Will
Wade
Walker
Haslem
Shaq

Diop and Dampier try and rough up Shaq, and Dirk can outplay walker with Ease, Terry and Harris can switch off Wade and White Chocolate and could get some fastbreaks.

Now for the Heat, I'd Start the Glove at the point, He's still a very good defender and if the Mavs are running he's better suiting for the half court offense he could slow the pace down, it's all about experience. When Shaq gets doubled have him pass out of it than give it right back, if nothings working let Wade takeover than let guys like J Will, Walker, Zo, Posey ad co. do their work.

I like Miami's depth and experience in this one. Heat in 6.

Ultimate prediction: Miami in 5 games followed by the retirement of both Shaq and Zo. The next two seasons will be dominated by the Cavs.

Center: Heat, Shaq. Dallas will prob start dampier at first. Big adv Heat, Shaq still old is still the best center in the leauge lucky for the mavs they have bodies to foul shaq but still the desiel will get his. So big adv Heat.

Fowards: Heat, Posey,Haslem. Mavs, Dirk and Howard. Mavs dominate the foward position. Dirk the most balanced player in the nba right now and Howard whos been comming on strong these playoffs. Big Adv Mavs.

Guards: Heat, Williams, Wade. Mavs, Terry, Stackhouse. Almost an even match up terry has and adv on williams and Wade has an adv on Stackhouse. But the best player here is Wade so. Slight adv Heat.

Bench: These 2 teams are the deepest teams in the nba. Off the heat u have hall a famers Zo and The glove and Antowne walker vs the bench of Diop whos been playing well in the play offs with another great player Daniels with keith van horn and Griffin. Its even here.

Coaching: Normally i would choose an experence coach here and pat riely has plenty of it. But Avery Johnson might be one of the smartest basketball minds today. He completely changed the mavs and made the right moves in these playoffs. So its even here also.

Intangibles: Mavs have a way of winning. They can play any style you throw at them. in the western conf finals the way the suns play is the only weakness dallas has the pick n roll and yet they still won in 6 games. So slight Adv Dallas. Plus they have home court.

My prediction. Shaq is on a mission but the Mavs are battle tested. They play 2 tough playoff series compared to none for the heat. They can play any style and throw it back at you and miami has problems with speed so look for an Up tempo series with alot of points. I pick the mavs in 6 games to win the title.

Well game one goes to the Mavs.

Miami's poor free throw shooting is what cost them in this game, also their interior defesne was no where to be seen, no helping each other. The heat dominated the first quarter but could not keep jason terry in check.

Adjustments should be made by Pat Reily, lets wait and see what game 2 is like.

This is there year, they've been so close for so long, and I hope to all hopes that they keep the pressure on and finish this and get the title that they've been working towards for so long

its all about the mavs! im only sayin this because they beat the suns who beat the lakers. and im a laker fan. so basically i hate the suns guts and thats y i want mavs to beat miami.

tonight at 9 its sunday on the east coast

The Heat in 6... I'm a Heat fan (well, actually a Shaq fan) so i gotta go with Miami.

Basically they lost Game 1 because of 3 things:
1. Shaq's fucking terrible FT shooting
2. Antoine Walkers trigger happy 3-shooting (as he's been prone to in the past)
3. And the inattention to defending Jason Terry. It's not that the Heat couldn't stop him, but they put so much focus on Dirk (who they did do a good job of containing btw) that they left Terry wide open a lot of times

From the second quarter on dallas dominated. Congrads dalls is up 2-0 but the series is heading to miami for games 3-5 so how many can dallas win in miami

Game two was even worse than game one for the Heat.

They just cant seem to withstand runs and stay composed, dallas scored like 10+ points with 2 minutes remaining in the half, that just cannot happen in the finals.

I think Miami is in a real hard whole to crawl out of, they do have three straight games in south beach but there going to need to prove they can win a game in dallas.

Oh man, that would rock so much if Dallas won. It would definitely be my year, especially with FC Barcelona winning the Champions League.
