I'm curious. What exactly does it take for someone to become a mod/sub-mod on this site? (and thus allowing to get one of those awesome sigs haha)

If I had my pick between modding a lot with fewer people or modding less (and working on other areas of the site more) with more people, I'll take the latter. Makes everyone's jobs easier.
