ORITHYEA: Tournament of Roses (fantasy fighting game)

Yes, I know, there's a parade with the same name, but this is my idea!



This is an idea I came up with a long while ago for an awesome cross-over fighting game. It originally surrounded eight fighting franchises, with three female characters from each one. Ultimately, I ended up doing several scratches and revisions of the roster, but it's still awesome. grin It now focuses on three distinct styles of combat.

So, if there were to be a major female cross-over fighting game, who would you want to be in it?

This is my current set for it.

RED ROSE - Hand-to-Hand Combat
1. Cammy (Street Fighter)
2. Lili Rochefort (Tekken)
3. Sonya Blade (Mortal Kombat)
4. Tina Armstrong (Dead Or Alive)
5. Felicia (Darkstalkers)
6. Angel (King of Fighters)

I used Riyakou's template but i added Persona 4 arena instead of KOF. I used Psyloche instead of Storn. I used Sophitia instead of Ivy.

That image would make a pretty cool screen for the Tournament Select.

I have to ask out of sheer curiosity, what made you pick those characters? Favoritism? A certain theme that the characters have that fits the game's theme too?

Actually, some of those characters I don't care for.

I ultimately chose them out of a strong relation to the style of combat and/or overall popularity. People respond to well-known characters.

Besides the use of weaponry, magic, and the division of combatants in accordance to the distinct method of combat?
