Omar Kendall confirmed there is a final boss (Please be Kevin Butler), and that the launch roster of 20 would be available right from the start. But there will be unlockable costumes.



I haven't played Silent Hill since Silent Hill 2, so I'm not up to speed on the series. But are there any characters from Silent Hill that would actually be plausible for this game? Other than Pyramid Head?
