Couldnt fuckin tell ya. No new viral updates so who knows. All I know is mine is still fine and i hope it stays that way.

Atlast, back from work... but the site still doesn't work correctly here. But at least i found another way to download those new updated pics ;)

I thought I was the only one having this problem, but it happens for me too. What's worse, after I visit this site I have to restart my browser for it to display pictures anywhere.

It works in Firefox though...

funny, every time I get here, the other site don't work well!?!??!?

my computer crashed because of it. even after i reinstalled my os, just the mk site won't fully load. i believe it is the pictures on the front page. before they posted that news, it was working fine, that was yesterday morning. now it won't load. please fix it if you can.

It started to be like that since those three new screenshots. I'm still can't see them. I think the MKO Staff should try to take them out to see what happens.

same here none of the pictures will load on this site how very odd but with every other site i visit its fine so its not me.

You guys might want to try to empty your cache or something. The strange thing is, none of us on staff know what you guys are talking about. We've had no issues with the site, and I've been on the site from several different physcial locations and have had no problems what so ever.

I'm logging on from my college right now and it does display correctly, as it should.

I tried clearing my cache on my home computer but nothing really changed last time I tried. I'll try it again later.

As I said before, it worked fine on FireFox no matter where I logged on from, but I can't imagine why it would only work in that browser...

Yeah, we've just have not witnessed the problem ourselves, or we would fix it. I just tried the site at the lab here at DeVry and it's working fine too.

Well, I just cleared out my cache and reloaded the index page and it does the same thing. None of the images on the forum load at all, and if I try to visit other websites, none of the images there load either.

If I visit the forum directly, however, all the images load. Avatars, sigs, icons, etc. None of it loads if I access the forum from the index page, so it must be something on the index page...that's causing it...I'm wondering if it could somehow be related to a browser plugin or firewall or something...

I did the same and the problem is still there.
Icons, sigs, don't load. I can't see the pics in the fanart section. I even scan my comp for any virus. After I check mko, the other sites pics won't load. I have to close it again and open a new page to see them correctly, only if I don't visit mko.com.

Hey you're right, if i open the forum directly everything seems okay here too. So i guess the problem must be something on the main page.

yeah same here the problem is on the main page by the looks of it .

The banner beside the box which tells about costumes is gone.
SIgs,Icons and the reply buttons are gone. The buttons work but some guess work is done in finding them
How do you empty your cache?
I suggest you moderators go to a mere mortal's house to see if it happens there. Because it is really annoying.
If the problem is found and is like a virus or something can someone PM me?

if the pics on the main page are from the german site, that might be causing the problem. i remember some people saying they had problems with their computers when they went there. i believe it is the pictures, becuase the morning on the day, before you put those pics up (4-14-04), my computer was fine. since then it(internet explorer) has not been working as great. i would suggest to put links to those pics, but not post the pics themselves. see if that works.

Alright, i havnt fixed the problem either, but i found a way to make everything perfect again by using a different solution.

Normally you guys come to this site by typing "mortal kombat online" in the google search engine right? Well, if not, thats what i do, but i guess it doesnt matter what engine you type it in.

Well anyway, instead of typing in "mortal kombat online" in the search engine, type in your nickname.

For example, i typed in "Dark_No0B" in in the search engine. After you do this, find the MKO site with your name in the description. Click the site, and you will be at MKO. But this time, you will be able to see everyones sigs, avatars, pictures, icons, etc. It works perfectly if you do this method, atleast for me.

Its weird, because this works when you type in your nickname, but it doesnt when you type in "MKO". Also, when it takes you to MKO, normally you view the page with the updates. When you type in your nickname and go to MKO, you start off at the page which shows which forums you can go to.

Anyway, this works perfect for me now, so i dont have anymore problems. Please tell me if it works for you to. Also, when you visit the site after typing in your nick, its easlier to save MKO to your favourites, that way you dont always have to do the typing process over and over again. So each time you visit MKO from your favourites, it should work fine.

Normally I enter the site by clicking on the link in my favorites ;) or just by entering its address directly in the browser. By searching for my nickname in a search engine then I get too many sites. But I made myself a new link now which leads directly to the forums, this way I don’t have problems either and see all the sigs and stuff.

I’m not sure but I think the problem has something to do with the main page. I think with the update of those 3 screens on April 14. Since that date the problem started, and I can’t see the thumbnails of those three screens. I can see them of all the other screens so maybe it has something to do with them.

I had that problem, but it went away after the second day, that was strange.

w00t. it works. it really was 'cause of the main page. it still is actually. but the forum is just fine.
