In PS click on the Rectangular Marquee Tool, click Select/All, than right click on your sig and click on Stroke after a menu will apear, select the color you want and put 1 px after click in "inside" after click ok and its done.

Or you can just go over the edges with size one black colored lines on MS Paint, that works too.

That's what I used to do before I figured out how to use photoshop lol.

Since they're both basically the same thing, I have to say 10/10 for both of them. That character concept is awesome, and yellow eyes are cool as anything.
