Yeah American here, I know what you mean. Its annoying that its kinda become like a Republican vs. Democratic issue and people ignore the fact that its actually happening. Like they're just caught up in the surface of the issue and are more concerned with how their opinion of the matter reflects on them. People fight against it as a way to try and discredit the "left side liberals" and in turn the "left side liberals" use it as a way to say people who don't believe in it shouldn't be in charge which alienates all the people who tend to lean conservative on other issues.

But yeah it shouldn't be an issue that gets tangled up in politics. I wish that in the same way the democrats and republics kinda come together in supporting our troops and veterans that they could view the environment in the same way.

At least it seems like the overall trend is heading towards better treatment of the environment with the whole "going green" movement. Its just that the crazy people opposing it tend to be the loudest.

How do you expect people to learn when the 'quote unquote' role models in the government are more concerned with profits from fracking and other dangerous fossil fuels than investing in solar,hydroelectric and wind turbines (which is the main problem in my country)

Bi-partisan corruption is rife in UK too, as is rampant stupidity among the undereducated lower-class backwater types. The sad thing is most of them just don't care about education or self-betterment of any kind. Instead we get white trash with nothing better to do than breed nasty brats, pay them zero attention because they're all so self-absorbed, and the children grow up exactly the same but worse.

I've seen this about a week or so ago, and it's disgusting how ignorant these redneck hicks are. From what I read it's not necessarily about Obama, but pissing off and countering the "environmentalist" movement.

People that using Prius and trying to reduce their carbon footprint on the environment, pisses these people-off, so they feel the need to go and stick smoke stack on their cars to pollute the environment even more, make up for people cutting their pollution and to try and get soot all over environmentally friendly cars behind them.
These people are as dumb and no different than the same inbreed hicks that make up the KKK.

To be honest, I believe in Global Warming, but I dont think the problem is cars.

I think the problem is planes. I mean we actually have proof of planes actively effect the environment.

There was no flights above US (?) airspace for two days after 11/9/2001. The days were apparently 2 degrees cooler and the nights were 2 degrees warmer. Now think how quick that turn around was, it could be a coincidence, of course. But planes to belch out a lot more emissions than cars.

So yeah fuck planes. Also half of America. lol. We could pray for some gun accidents.

The problem isn't just one thing, but several things. Cars and planes are just some of them. Even cow farts are part of it, as ridiculous as that may sound. But it doesn't help anyone to add to the problem.
