I think you need a gameshark to unlock it as it isn't in the strategy guide...

You hit R1 while Extra Content is highlighted and the type in the correct code. For Scorpion it's 546546.

Awesome. Can I use him when I load a place from my memory card or can I only use him from the beginning to end?

You can either use him from the start of a new game or when you choose a stage. Not sure if you can select a new skin from loading up a save.

Yeah, it appears to be that way with all the skins tho =/

I got stuff like bullet resistance, all psi powers, etc. but apparently I need to activate them somehow because they won't work.

I beat the game last night.

I'm not gonna lie... This is probably one of the more fun games out there but the ending really fucking sucks.

However I was playing as Scorpion last night. Pretty interesting.

Nice but the graphics engine sucks the big one. Atleast Scorpion sorta spices up the game...most of the characters in it look like something I would draw, look at my paper, and say "shit that's gay".

you're right about that... but Scorpion provides great pyrokinesis explanation...
