i've heard a lot of complaints about me, i mean, if i get on all ur nerves to much i gotta leave,. no, i'm not writing this for all of u to kiss my ass and say stay here, everyone likes u, no, i'm dead serious. a lot of ppl start flamin me coz of no reason, accusing me of things i did not say.
i love this website, eventhough i planned only to be really active for a month more, i couldn't really make up my mind, since from a month of now i'll be very busy.
i really want an HONEST answer, how u think about me. don't be ashamed to say that i have to go away, sonce i don't want everybody to keep picking on me. and if i go, i want someone( i think i'll choose bates) to have my sig. i'll give away all my sprites too, since i don't want them to go ato waste. i'll not be answering this thread, so write what u want. i'll only check what u guys wrote about me and in the end write if i'll leave or not. ofcourse if i go, i'll check the website and forums, but will nver post.
i will judge my leaving on your answers(or even no answers). note again, i didn't write this to boost up my ego, so everyone says: no stay pls stay! i really, really need an honest answer. and i am also not easy to get at(meaning: i'm not a cry baby coz a lot of ppl dislike me). i just don't see a reason to stay here, if everyone starts flamin me for no reason.
i'll be answering other threads when i post this, but i'm not sure when i should answer this. i'll prbably be gone in a month anyway, so if i leave now or later, it's no difference

edit: i'll probably answer, as soon as this topic leaves the first internte page of topics, but if it takes too long, i'll answer sooner
answer to questions:
-am i coming back: no, that means, no starting over, i'll still be Boomstick, but i won't be answering in the threads
Make a new name and start fresh.

flaming somebody is all part of posting on a message board. if you have an opinion or disagree with somebody, your gonna get flamed. thats just how it is. people also like to flame other people just becuse thay maed a tipo or said something stupid. i have never been to a board and havnt been flamed (though this is really the only message board i post in, but gamefaqs is full of assholes and you cant ask for advice without getting "LOOK 5 POSTS UNDER YOU MORON" or "YOU SON OF A BITCH! WE DISCUSSED THIS EXACT TOPIC 6 PAGES AGO!!!"). i dont find you annoying, but i dont check that many posts (just ones with interesting topics).

I can't say as I've seen much of your posts here, so I don't know what you could have written to piss someone off. However, if you leave, isn't that kind of giving your "enemies" EXACTLY what they want? You'd be giving up, letting them win. Of course, it's ultimately your decision to stay or leave. You have to do what you feel is best for you. Personally though, I would not leave in this situation. Why give them the satisfaction? As was said earlier: EVERYONE at one point or another get's flamed..it's unavoidable. However, I'll tell you this, I've seen people who have gotten into some pretty nasty discussions here. Then I've seen those same people, few weeks down the line acting like they are good friends; Talking about issues with maturity...(lol well, at least what passes for maturity around here. wink ) Anyway the point is, you can't let a little argument here or there discourage you. You said yourself you really like this site, correct? Well then stick with it. Who cares what people think? A lot of the people here, for the most part, are extremely nice people who are worth getting to know. As I'm sure you are. So stick around. It won't be bad forever. smile

If you truely feel that you have to be liked by the people included in the "group" that you are in, then I encourage you to go ahead and leave now.

1) This is the internet, I don't think you should give a rats ass if you are liked by internet folk.

2) Don't rely on the company of a message board to be your "group", rely on people that are tangible Why? Because a lot of people on here are assholes. Some are cool, most are not. In fact I believe there are some people on this message board who are of the very bottom of society.

I try to be civil or even nice with people, but other times I say how I feel and yes sometimes its not nice but it needs to be said. If someone is acting like an ass, point out how they are being an ass and then proceed to call them that. Tucking it under the rug is why you feel like crap at times on here.

Luckily i've haven't been flammed (just given a little crap over my opinion on 80's rock) and am not planning on being flammed either, but you are alright as with everyone else I like your sig and I haven't been annoyed by your posts everyone has the right to say what they want and stand by their opinion, if some people don't respect that, then they are the ones that should leave. So if you can hack other people bad mouthing your opinion and not get into a flame war than go ahead and stay.:)

I agree with Tazzer. Don't leave. Stay and ignore those who try to put you down. You're better than them and shouldn't be forced to go!

I don't hate you, but i don't like you either, and you've given me no reason to change my opinion about you yet.
That doesn't mean you should leave though, i mean, i still read your posts, and take what you write into consideration as much as i would a post from anybody else. Hell, nobody here likes me, and i still stay. Why? I dunno.
Why should you stay? I dunno that either.
But i can guarentee you that more people at this site hate me, and unless you're in the position some users here are (ruining threads with a simple post and being flamed for it) then there really isn't a reason for you to leave on the grounds of users hating you.
Most of the users in that position at MKO don't leave by their own choice anyway, so why should you?
