There is a website called gifyo.com in which you can make animated gifs live from your webcam. The site is mostly occupied by 14 year old girls trying to be sexy, but there is a handful of cool people to be met!

Gifyo is actually how I found out about tinychat. You'll notice two things about gifyo.

1. The majority of it's users are 14 year old camWHORES.
