No post of yours has been deleted in this thread, unless it was done sometime before June 12 (I didn't check beyond then, since I'm lazy and at work now).
Like I said, I was the only guy who flew in from outside of Quebec wearing a kilt (there must've been over 30 young Scots wearing them), so aside from being the only one who's almost a foot shorter than them, I needed to distinguish myself another way; underwear it was!
Considering I did wind up falling on my ass, I'm glad I was wearing a pair!

So I never, ever, ever post pics like this because I think it's narcissistic and stupid, but I am now for the sake of motivating my MKbrOs. A before and after pic.
Here is a pic of me Christmas, 2010. I was stressed out, living with parents that always fought to dangerous extents, I never ate, and this is when my insomnia started kicking in full blast. Needless to say, I was skinny.
Now here is a quick montage I took on my webcam last night. I know the black and white shots make the lighting ridiculous, but I added another colored picture as evidence that my webcam was being utter shit last night, so black and white was the only way to go if I wanted a visible picture.
In the last two years, I left that house against their wishes, learned healthy habits and hobbies, ate better, and started loving life. I'm not saying I'm huge or anything. Hell, I can tell my shoulders are lame, but I can't really help that due to an accident I had when I was 14. I can't do many incline workouts. Anyway, here is what I'm getting at, friends. If you are unhappy with something, there is a good chance it's fixable. I'm not naive enough to say everything can be fixed, but you certainly have the opportunity to make things work in your image. So get out there friends. Talk to the girl/guy you've been thinking about. Start training for something you've wanted to accomplish. The truth is, life flies by and time is merciless, so don't let it go by without putting your own dent in it. Now, to get back into character:
