Basically. I can do some incline exercises, like handstand push ups, but I honestly don't think about them much. When I do your standard incline or military press, I have issues with my shoulders popping out of socket, which is dangerous during heavy lifting

Have you tried using cables or dumbells?

Lateral/vertical raises, shoulder shrugs, rows, etc?

I actually used to use dumbbells, but I no longer have any and I don't want to pay extra for a gym membership, being a broke college kid and all. It is a good idea though, and I forgot they existed. Might have to invest in a set for home. thanks for the reminder!

Side note, my shoulders got messed up when I was a little freshman in high school during football practice when I got hit by two of the teams biggest linebackers at the same time. One on each shoulder, and they weighed about 100 pounds more than me a piece at the time. Just a fun fact.
