Wouldn't it be awesome if they made a south park game. How bout a south park rpg.

Well mother fuckers, its happening.

Yes and its going to be made by the creators of New Vegas. Whether you want to take that as a good or bad thing this has fucking potential and could be awesome. Coming out sometime next year, theres not alot of details on it. Its gonna be a triple A title for ps3 and 360 though.

Its in the December issue of gameinformer holy shit Im looking forward to more news.

So what do you guys think, what do you expect. Im really interested to see how the fuck it plays.

Back before South Park was actually topical and clever, when Kenny died in every episode, and Chef sang every time he was on screen, and fart jokes, screaming bus drivers, and Cheesey Poofs were considered hilarious, South Park had this.

Why couldn't there be a game based off of the current South Park?

I remember the FPS style game that South Park made for N64, too funny too often. It was at the height of South Park's popularity.

Throw piss snowballs at people and the absurd dialogue and pain in the ass boss battles, like that robot who kept recharging and I didn't ever beat that stupid thingtongue

Anyways, I don't know. It might be good of bad(depends). Also, they're making a downloadable game called "Tenorman's Revenge"

I suggest that if someone has a problem with another user commenting on something with a negative remark, you get over what they said and ignore it. There's no reason to even question why people write their two cents even if it's against something.


Anyways...

If they made a game based on Mysterio, that would be so awesome...

Gotta love the Torettes episode where Clyde is just thinking it would be so awesome to do that.

i'll Pass on this.... Although South Park is fucking funny and one of my favorite shows ever, I think it'll be pretty dumb. Im looking forward to Twisted Metal though. That looks like it'll be fucking awesome.

I didn't realize South Park was such serious business.....

On topic,

I just can't see South Park being an RPG, it doesn't seem like its style.

South Park as an open world Sandbox game, I could totally see that happening and it being more fitting for the series.

I haven't watched South Park in years. Probably since the N64 game game out which was pretty good IMO, the last one that came out (i think it was tower defense game) didn't look that. I honestly don't know how they plan on doing an RPG though, but it will be interesting. I'm sure the character creator will be something similar to the online SP style avatar creators.

Sounds awesome, South Park has had some epic quest storylines in the past, like the movie, 200, imaginationland and so forth.

And South Park (in my opinion) is the funniest, most topical and most clever it's ever been.

^^^ I myself would prefer something based on "Go God, Go",
but I know that's a pipe dream.
Mysterion vs. Cartman + Cthulhu would be an acceptable compromise.
These are both unlikely though, as they don't really use all four kids;
they're mostly about Cartman.
Given that, Imaginationland or 200 are more likely,
but I'd fully expect them to write a brand new story for the game.

I expect something similar to 200 in the sense that it's a new story but features a lot of jokes and references from previous stories.
