Good question. Stewie always tries to kill Lois and Cartman set up a plan which killed Scott Tetterman's(or whatever his last name is) parents in the no.1 episode of South Park's 25 most outrageous episodes....so Cartman actually kinda killed two people and Stewie hasn't...but Stewie has plans to take over the world....I'd say Stewie, because he actually has plans for conquest and Cartman is just a boy living in a normal town...heh, who am I kidding, nothing normal ever happens in South Park.

But Stewie is more evil.

actually Stewie killed 2 people 2. He killed the cult leader on his birthday and also basiclly killed an airport worker by freezing him in frozen carbonite. But i stil like Stewie over Cartman.

Let me think, Cartman is a sick bastard that made Scott Tetterman eat his parents in some chilli and was licking his tears as he sobbed, and Stewie is a crazy baby that had plans to rule the world, but I never seen him kill 2 people though, so to me its kinda a tie between the 2 in my opinion, but if I really had 2 pick I would say Cartman.

Stewie is waay more evil than Cartman. If youve seen the episode then you know that cartman only did it cause Scott drove him to the edge, Stewie dies that stuff normally and for pleasure.

I forgot to state my opinion, I think in time Stewie will have surpassed Cartman but for now I think Cartman is (if you get him going).
