I've noticed that for some people is unplayable and for others it goes pretty well. For me, it's very good, I can play even with no bars and barely feel the lag, seriously. And my connection isn't even that good, only 5 Mb. Another problem is people playing in wireless connections, that fucks up really bad.
From all the fighting games I've played online which includes MKvsDCU, MvC3, MK9, SFxT, and Brawl to an extent, Street Fighter X Tekken has the best online.
