I don't really like this list.
It does seem to be based around superhuman strength, which I would understand, but that happens to be my least favorite superhuman ability, as it can be easily overpowered.
If I may, I would like to compose a short list of who I feel are among the most powerful comic book characters:
Legion
Emma Frost
Selene
Mister Sinister
Shadowcat
Charles Xavier
The Joker
Braniac
Green Lantern Corps
HONORABLE MENTIONS
Scarlet Witch
Apocalypse
Phoenix
Wonder Woman

On the contrary, he is not as powerful as people make him out to be.
The most overpowered comic book character is probably Scarlet Witch, considerig her ability to manipulate all probability to any degree. This allows her to create anything out of nothing and make anyone and anything vanish from existence.
A notable show of her overpower is her creation of an entire alternate universe, albeit doing so did kill her.
Cap is my guy, but he's only as powerful as a human being can possibly be. I also love Captain Marvel, but he's got his limits and he is a mortal.
Really, in terms of power The Brothers, Death, and One-Above-All are inconceivably powerful.
You could also say God is the most powerful character in comics as he is cited by One-Above-All as being the most powerful being of all realities.

What I'm really talking is about strenght. Who do you think?

Power =/= strength.
I'd say The Hulk is the strongest .

The One-Above-All is the most powerful no question. He/She/It is basically anything and everything can never been seen, hurt, manipulated, or destroyed. The Living Tribunal is it's inferior and the Living Tribunal is 10000x more powerful than every Marvel hero/villain combined.

About Me
Shao Kahn did nothing wrong

Well, if you're just looking for raw brute strength, and you don't want to count the cosmic/celestial characters, then you've already named the top dog: Captain America. I don't know why you'd bother putting anyone else on your list. Cap could bench more than Superman, Hulk and Thing combined. The only character I can think of that might stand a chance against Cap in an arm wrestle is AMAZO from the DCAU, but even he wouldn't last long.
The most all-round powerful is a tougher one. I mean, you've got the One-Above-All, Living Tribunal, Galactus, The Spectre, Franklin Richards, Dr. Manhattan, Phoenix, Mr. Mxyzptlk, Darkseid, Thanos, The Beyonder... I think I'd have to go with Elektra. In the movie she stabbed a sand bag so hard it actually split open.

When Talking Sheer Strength, None more powerful then:
Pitt:
Hulk:
Skaar: (My Personal Favorite)
Rulk:
A-Bomb:
Juggernaut: Colossonaut:
Doomsday:
And for Laughs...
Squirrel Girl:
Her Abilities:
Abilities
Squirrel-like abilities
Superhuman agility and strength
Prehensile tail
Enhanced smell, vision and reflexes
Razor sharp claws
Retractable knuckle spikes
Ability to communicate with squirrels
Not to Mention, and what I find Hilarious.
Victories
Doctor Doom's notorious defeat by an army of squirrels. Art by Steve Ditko.
Following her defeat of Doctor Doom, an ongoing joke depicts Squirrel Girl repeatedly attaining victory over various villains, some of whom are considerably more powerful than she is. Typically, these victories occur off-panel, though some, like her battles with Deadpool, MODOK and Wolverine, are fully shown. Deadpool, having been bested by her twice, considers Squirrel Girl to be one of the major powers of the Marvel Universe, comparing her to Iron Man and Thor.[21]
Squirrel Girl's victories often result from her opponent's overconfidence (Doom, MODOK), weakness from an earlier fight (Deadpool), or creative use of her powers (Doom, Bi-Beast). For the most part, she defeats her opponents through the use of her wits. Her defeat of Bi-Beast was the result of "one of those super-hero team-ups" with The Thing. While visiting squirrel friends in Central Park, Squirrel Girl came across Thing fighting with Bi-Beast. She told the squirrels to retrieve the smelliest garbage they could find and place it around the combatants, resulting in everyone having to hold their noses. Bi-Beast had to use both hands to hold his noses, leaving himself defenseless, allowing Thing to knock him out.
Squirrel Girl's defeat of Thanos is an ambiguous one. Uatu was present at the battle and claimed that Squirrel Girl defeated the genuine Thanos and not a clone or copy.[11] Thanos has since revealed that he has perfected a means of creating clones of himself that could fool even "the most cosmic of beings." Adding to the ambiguity is the fact the reveal comes from the mind of a clone whose memory had been altered.[22]
Thus far, Squirrel Girl has beaten:
Doctor Doom[7]
Machete[10]
Mandarin[11]
Giganto[11]
MODOK[11]
Thanos[11]
Terrax[11]
Bug-Eyed Voice[4]
Bi-Beast[12]
Deadpool[13]
Pluto[14]
Fin Fang Foom[15]
Baron Mordo[15]
Korvac[15]
Ego the Living Planet[15]
Wolverine[17]
heh.

Dr. Manhattan has the power of a glowing blue floppy wang, among other things.
So him.
Also most people don't realise that the flash does a lot more than just run fast. See infinite mass punch.
