The reason why she was voted off was because that week the theme was country, obviously not the best choice for Mandisa (not "Mendeeza", dumbass). Almost the same thing as when Katharine was the sole girl singing Elvis songs. The key difference between the 2 of 'em is that Katharine was/is way more popular.

I was hoping Katherine would win but like Blade said shes better off not winning the competition as she would have been tied to FOX. Taylors cool but I personally wouldn't buy a CD of his.

You've yet to back up your claim that she was voted off for being as big as she was. She was big when she entered the competition, she was big throughout the competition (until she was eliminated, 'natch), and as we saw during her performance, she's still big. If her weight truly was a negative issue, she never would've made it past the auditions. She never would've gotten into the Top 12. THREE others were eliminated before her. If people wanted her out simply because of how big she was, why wasn't she the first one to go? What made that round so special if her weight was always a constant factor? I'll tell you why, it was because of (as I mentioned before), the theme of the night.
Finally, the winner of American Idol NOT being the best singer is not a surprise, and it hasn't been for years. VOCALLY, Mandisa was better than Katharine. So was Paris. As for the guys, Elliot was the best, whereas Chris was the best performer.

And if you are considering actually providing this proof, take into consideration what I mentioned before: That she made it into the Top 12 and that three others were eliminated before her despite this weight issue of her's you claim led to her being eliminated.
