I just got in from buying the collectors edition 2 disc box set of TCM remake... i gotta say the dvd set is awesome, it comes with a metal plate of Thomas Hewitt aka Leatherface, the movie, a disc full of extras and an evilope with pictures in it... i havent gotten a chance yet to check out all the extras but from what ive seen so far this DVD set was well worth it...

Already seen it but I just got back from renting it! Chinese food and chainsaws, fun night.

I was thinking about getting it but I didn't really like it.

The original is one of the best horror movies of all time and the remake didn't even come close imo.

Are there alot of extras on the DVD? I only liked like two scenes in the movie, other than that i thought the first was way better.

i hired the one disc one...so many special features...a trailer...wow! lol! i really wanna get the 2 disc one.... it would be kick ass!

K finally watched it....great movie...I really liked it....the guy from Full Metal Jacket and Mail Call being in it was a surprise, and he played a wilddddddddd ass dude. I like when he broke the bottle on that guys face heh.

Good movie, Biel is a hottie, *** from me.

The original will forever have my heart (still beating on a platter), but I have admiration for the remake... even if those low-rider jeans hadn't really been invented yet. Jessica Biel, you're worth the price of admission, anyway. Fatality.

Iv seen all the tcm movies and i think the new one was awesome! I seen it in theaters but im gonna buy to dvd soon i hope

Of course the original will never be beaten, but the new version was a really great movie. I bought the 2 disc collectors edition last night and STILL haven't gotten through all the special features. A must buy for horror fans everywhere.
p.s. I agree with blade-tsung...Jessica is a total hottie. ^5's man!!
