This is actually a great topic. I just started getting anxiety attacks from too much stress, some have been so bad I've landed up in the hospital on several occasions. My doctor's got me on anti-anxiety meds and wants me to start seeing a therapist that way I can find ways to ignore and overcome stress. Thinking about the little things in life that are positive is a great thing to do from time to time.
