I'd say some of the worst i've ever seen are in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. God those effects were just plain aweful.
Also, even if Blade II is one of, if not my most favorite movie, the effects during the ninja fight in Blade and Whistler's warehouse weren't too good. When Blade and Nyssa were against the lights fighting, their CGI bodies just looked silly. Even Guillermo Del Toro, who directed the movie said he hated those CGI shots during that one fight, lol.
What are the worst you've ever seen?
MKA
Anaconda
This one movie, I forgot what it's caled, but it's about a baby thats possessed(not the Omen) and it went around killing people, it's old, but the effect were just horrible.
Motel Hell(everything about that movie sucks)
any made for TV movies

But, of all of the movies I've seen with shitty special effects, Flesh Eating Mothers takes the cake. Cartoon animation of DNA under a microscope, horrible make-up, poor blood effects, crappy dubbed eating scenes(if you saw it you know what I mean),awkward looking flesh tearing, and the creme de la creme, and exploding ceramic head! But if you want to watch a really bad movie with friends for a laugh, this one is one of the best to rent. Deffinatly for fans of Mistery Science Theater 3000.
I remember that scene where they were showing footage from a kid's birthday party. They (the producers) had some AWESOME background music, building some MAJOR suspense 'cause we (the audience and the people in the movie watching the footage) were gonna clearly see the alien for the first time. Suddenly the music stops and we get to see the alien and....I laughed my ass off.
I sincerely doubt that's the reaction they were looking for.

Some scenes he was bigger than buildings, then he was crawling through the sewer... What the!?!?!
Any horror movie pre-1990. In fact most movies pre-1990

See they shouldn't have revealed too much of the alien. They should have kept it in the shadows so maintain the suspense. The living room should have been darker allow for the effect.

Really.....
SOME of it looks fake, like the clamation they used with one or two of the creatures, and the lightsabers in the 1st one DID look kinda cheesey... But that's about it. The anamatronics and the spaceships still look pretty real to me... better then the new ones anyways... with all that overexaggerated CGI and what not.
But if you want to see a movie with REEEEEEEEEEEALLLLLY lame ass special effects, see SPAWN... jesus christ! it was ruined by the abuse of CGI.
Mortal Kombat Annilaton(Damn, the animation was embaressing)
Power Ranger Movie
The warehouse fight scene in Blade 2(I agree with whom ever mentioned this. that scene looked to fake, Blade was jumping around like Spiderman and he looked to skinny)
Any of the old freddy and Jason movies
The alternate ending to Blade 1(the effects on that giant glob of blood was idiotic)
2 fast 2 furious
Torqe

Just like the pied piper lead rats through the streets. You dance like
marionettes, swing to the symphony of destruction.- Megadeth
Those were the all time worse special effects and if you doubt me, go see the movie. Besides that I have to agree on MK:A as well.

MKA
Van Helsing (to much special effects and they werent even good.)

Also, the first Terminator didn't have very good FX. I agree with whoever mentioned that.

I'm sorry, but there is at least one Matrix effect that stands out, that in my opinion was poorly executed. In the Neo vs 100 Agent Smiths, there are moments when the CG Neo looks horrible. The Agent Smiths were fine, but Neo looks like a cartoon. The skin color was off and the movment was either too jerky or too rubbery.

Ahh... I loved that scene. The first time I saw it in theaters. And when I saw it 100 more times on DVD. Not one complaint here.
Ehh... To each his own.
