A sequel would be better.
With the series, I'd like to see another Solider of Fortune with John Mullins returning for one last mission.
Also:
SiN
Blood
Gabriel Knight series

Fighter's Destiny
Clayfighter - I'd love to see it revamped like other fighters have been doing.
Capcom vs SNK
Deadly Arts or G.A.S.P!! Fighters' NEXTream (This game could be way better.)
Parappa The Rapper
Intelligent Qube
Breakdown (Where was the hype for that first person beat 'em up?)
Wu-Tang Shaolin Style
Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy
The Suffering
God Hand
I really love games where people get punched.

Two of the finest experiences on the Genesis. I love those games so much. Ristar in particular, has an amazing soundtrack. I'd love to hear modern versions of those songs.
Anyway, I'd really like a third Baten Kaitos.

Parasite Eve: liked all three of them, although the saga needs a reboot/remake
Fear Effect: I wonder why nobody mentions these two masterpieces, two of the best PSX era games
Live a Life: one of the greatest JRPG totallyf forgotten. Its episodic nature would fit nowadays consoles
Old school Rainbow Six Games: the ones where you can pick your agents, choose your teams, make a planifications, rescue hostages and disarm bombs, giving orders to your subordinates, you could be killed with just one shot, wounded, incapacitates and killed agents couldn't be revived, and so on. A REAL TACTICAL single player campaign .
The suffering; tis series has a lot of potential, NRS is the owner of its copyright, so Ed Boon please, give us a The Suffering reboot.
Condmened: the saga was intended as a trilogy, just give us the third and final chapter.
Legacy of kain: soul reaver: a real single player game, another reboot needed
MediEvil a wasted opportunity, despite its success, the PSP reboot couldn't give a new life to the franchise
MK: Shaolin Monks 2: again, Ed Boon do something!
firefighter fd 18: a good and original thriller
thrill kill: no explanation needed
SWAT 5: same as Rainbow Six
Old school WWE games: the ones with less pre-rendered animations, where you can jump off a ladder into a table, or jump off the roof of a bulding, where you can store up to 5 finishers, the one where you can make your opponent bleed all over the face, you can throw him out of the ring with standard moves, etc
old school resident evil game/alonte in the dark game: no multi-campaign multiplayer shit, just a game where every single bullet must be well earned, where every medikit has to be used wisely, with huge boss fights without QTEs and other bullshits.
Half-life 3: one or the other.
Shenmue 3: I know, it is impossible, but one can hope
