how to play mortal combat online?

A peculiar question to say at least, my dear fiend, but I'll try to give you answers. Mortal Kombat Online as a site isn't for playing but discussing.

Sure, you might find some games here too – but they are either links to other sites such as IRC, Kongregate or forum games that can be found from General Discussion. It's worth a mention that we have this Gameplay & Matchmaking forum that focuses in e.g. Mortal Kombat 9 gameplay.

MK fan since I was a child (and I'm not a child to that date be yesterday lol), used to visit MKO but never joined the Foruns, not even reading, just the rest of the site.

Registered a while ago, but with MKX and discussions about story coming up everyday, I have been active to some sites where people like to discuss that (like MKWiki), and MKO is not a difference.

Hey guys. Just joined today. I may be new but I have been a lurking this sight for years, I love coming here for MK news. Today I was reading some threads and really wanted to participate in some of the discussions so I thought id just join so I can.
Anyway I have been playing MK since as far back as I can remember , probably a little too young tbh. I still have my sega geneses and MK1,2, and UMK3 cartridges (I am missing a cord for it though so I have just been playing them on emulators) So yeah im a huge MK fan. Its my favorite video game series of all time and is easily one of my favorite works of fiction ever as well.
My favorite kharacter is Scorpion (yes I know , typical of a noob right?) well that's not that case , like I said I have been playing MK for a long time, since I was at least 3 or 4 years old on a Sega, and he was/has always been my favorite.

Anyway I look forward to getting to know some of you guys/girls and discussing all things MK really soon, have a great day :)
