I think sexting, as in sending eachother dirty texts like you are having phone sex, is pretty stupid because waiting between each text kills the mood for me.

But when it comes to sending out dirty pictures, while I don't do it personally, is not necessarily a bad thing. If you have something that you want to flaunt via picture message, go for it, but be prepared for the consequences if the receiver decides to share it with the world.

Too much phone sex results in hearing AIDS.

It's pretty much leaving behind footprints when having sex, chances are if you have a distrustful girl friend she's basically got all the skills that a detective has and your phone is a crime scene, chances are, your ass is going to get busted. Cell phones are great and all but it's making people socially retarded, I mean really? Do I want to take time out of my day to take a picture of my dick and send that to somebody? Like is that going to make a girl have an orgasm once the message is sent? Imagine if someone like my grandma or mom had to use my phone and saw that shit? Personally I have a very open attitude towards sex, so I enjoy sexting as what it is, simple flirtation. I'm not shy about nudity, so don't worry about naked pictures of me being put to some nefarious use, as I also don't involve myself with people who would do such a thing anyway. I'm an exceptionally good judge of character.

I don't mind sexting just don't do it if your underage. I think underage sexting should be illegal if it ain't already. I understand that it would be very hard to enforce but I'm sure there are too many pics of underage chicks out there.

I had an exgirlfriend who used to send me nude photos of her. It was pretty fantastic and completely lightened up the mood for my day. After we broke up, I kept the pictures for a while, but when someone went through my phone and found them I felt that it was time to delete them. I kind of partially wish I kept them, but I guess I am a better guy for deleting them.

The only thing for me though is that I won't send nudes out if my face is in the shot. That's just a level of trust I don't have.

On the subject of sexting I agree with you as long as there both round the same age theres nothing wrong with consential experiences like this. I think everyone should be comfortable enough with there body to not give a shit what others wanna think.

That's the way it should be, though if someone decides to be an asshole for no good reason their pictures should be forfeit as far as I am concerned. Then again if things fall apart it usually takes awhile and most people dont save the images anyway. Or at least I dont.

Guys always save them, totally. But to be honest, my opinion is: When I'm old I want there to be pictures of me looking great naked in my twenties. Then there will be nothing to hide, just a past to be proud of.

Honestly sexting can be a lot of fun but I can understand why women might be uncomfortable sending risqué pictures. I actually had a recent conversation with my girlfriend about the matter and she wasn't comfortable with sending images for the reasons Icebaby and others have mentioned. Me personally however, I don't have a problem sending the old nudie pic, especially if we're getting raunchy with the texting.
