I don't remember the name of the game I can see it in my head. I remember it was a hack n slash type game set in a Medieval setting where everyone in the kingdom has turned into some type of beast-man...
You played as human warriors, and there were bosses like a giant shark pirate and the final boss was a dragon, I believe...

Do you remember anything else about the game? Was it 2d or 3d? Do you know roughly when it came out?
The only games I remember encountering dragons in a medieval setting was arcade games like Dungeons & Dragons, which had a couple of sequels I believe.
Then of course there was Magic Sword, which I believe was for arcade as well. I played it a lot on Super Nintendo.
But from what I recall, these games had nothing with a shark in them. Could be wrong though.... it's been a while

It came out in the last decade I'm sure, maybe 04? You could play as a three characters I think (two guys, one chick) and the majority of the enemies and bosses were beast-men. One other boss was a raven-type guy with fire power you fought in an icy mountain level.
It was 3D and was for the PS2

Could you provide more details? Such as, is the game in third person perspective? How is the camera set up most of the game/or throughout it?...like is it mostly a top down view...or do you see the character/s with their back against you rather up close, when you direct them to walk/run? Like in certain parts of God of War.
From the characters available to play with, is it the kind of game where 2 or more people can play the game at the same time? Or can only 1 person play the game with a choice of which character to select?
What about thing like magic and weapons? Is there a lot of this? If so, please describe it.
Also, is the art style more cartoonish or realistic? Do you know what developer or publisher made the game? What gameplay elements did it have...anything like puzzles or platforming, character leveling, controls? Was the game popular? Anything else you can remember about it, such as the story (if it had one) might narrow it down for me.
I've played quite a few PS2 games, although there is many I haven't played. But if you can remember it by name, here's some games that each only seem to maybe fit part of what you're describing.
1. Primal
2. Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows
3. Altered Beasts
Let me know if any of these sound familiar.

I researched it and the Forgotten Realms game doesn't sound like a match unless the OP is remembering things incorrectly.
MK_Fanatic can you remember the name of anything from the game. A weapon, an NPC, an enemy type, a location? I guarantee I can find it with the name of anything related to it.

The only thing that stands out in my mind is the storyline. An evil queen turns everyone into some type of beast men. The people turn into animals related to their personalities (for example, the seamen are turned into walruses and the Shark pirate captain boss, of course)
Other enemies included ram-men, wolf-men, bear-men etc and the first level takes place in a castle. I'm pretty sure the last boss is a dragon, either the queen's son or the queen herself...
It was a third-person hack n slash game. Common weapons were swords and magic. It wasn't altered beast or anything like that, but now that I remember it COULD have been on xbox...

I'm guessing you can't think of the name of anything related to it right? Something that could show up in a keyword search.
