As long as it plays well I'll play anything, but I'm pretty annoyed at the landfill of games that try to reach that "non-gamer" audience. Games aren't as hard as they used to be or anywhere as fun, and all sorts of games hold your hand and baby you until you reach the end where you then just toss the piece of shit aside for the next game. Shit sucks and I find myself playing older games just because of their replay value.

I play multiplayer games (usually fighters, racers, party games) 90% of the time and the other 10% of the time I will play extremely linear games (such as Resident Evil 4 or Donkey Kong Country Returns) because otherwise I'd never beat the game.

MK and KI are the only fighters I REALLY got into. I played a little SF and Tekken, but only casually.

I'll play some shooters...just depends. RAGE is looking like the shit.

Also, action/adventure/puzzle/platformer.

And, I will play sports games, but only NBA2Kxx and occasionally I'll pick up an EA Tiger game.

Microsoft just don't reset GamerScore if they THINK you're cheating, if they do it they KNOW you did it, it's as simple as that. I used to work for x360a in this department and reporting people who had achieved ONLINE achievements OFFLINE, which is impossible, which is the only way MS would reset a players GS. With solid proof only. So if you did in fact get your GS reset, then you did in fact cheat to get it.

Well *scratches head* not too sure where I fall...I don't spend as much money on gaming as I use to and don't own many newer games. But I can find myself still having the occasional gaming marathon (10 hours or more on a game) on my days off.

I know I enjoy mostly RPGs or RPG/Action hybrids. Use to be a big Final Fantasy fan but the last handful of FF games were just...bad in my opinion. They look great, but they weren't as interesting as the older, classic Final Fantasy games (Been playing them since the begining) and to be honest that has been true for most JRPGs lately. None really interest me enough to spend the money.

Currently I'm on a Bioware run. DA:O, DA: A, DA:2, ME, ME2 and waiting on ME3. Not really playing much else except for WoW at the moment...that reminds me I need to create a 'canon' Shepard run for when ME3 comes out.

I use to play the classic Street Fighters, Mortal Kombats, etc when they were in arcades, but now I stick with Mortal Kombat on consoles.

I also play MMORPGs. Started with FFXI, but then got tired of the grind and switch to WoW. Still there (one of my alts has even been in a few videos, look for WHU or Warcraft Hunters Union on YouTube, I'm the blond female dwarf hunter). Tried DCOnline, but after lvling my first toon to cap, it was boring so I dropped it. Kicking around getting Rift, but to be honest I rather stay with WoW since I'm still having fun (Even if it isn't with my main's guild *hint*hint*)

Pretty much anything Rockstar and the Mortal Kombat people put out.
I enjoy the sandbox games where you can let your creativity run wild.
I like war games, but don't own any. More so the chaotic environment, shit flying everywhere while the player trys to get by blockades of soldiers. Call of Duty and Modern Warfare.
As well as a fan of 007 games & Legend of Zelda.
I'm also a sucker for games of the mafia genre, even if overly stereotyped. "Aye fat tony told me to whack somebody."
And of course Arkham.

I certainly did not cheat. I would know if I did and honestly if I cheated for gamerscore I would have expected to lose it and I would not have cared when I did. When I called them up, they even said they THOUGHT I cheated to get it and told me to post on their forum to get it fixed which I never got around to doing. All of my achievements had days and times set UNLIKE achievements that are earned offline via cheating.

I'm more of the fighting/RPG/shooter/action/mmorpg type of gamer.

But I'm always the "All-game-styles" gamer.

I'm a wannabe fighter gamer. I think its cool that at this arcade in Seattle near where i live theres always a big crowd around the Street Fighter games, even though they all reek of B.O. And I like the idea of picking a certain character or a few characters and mastering them and having a whole unique style of gameplay with them and just beating the shit out of anybody who steps up. Also i like the lingo, even though i don't understand most of it.

Unfortunately I've always sucked at fighters despite playing MK most my life (not the best example, but still, I didn't realize the importance of combos until just a few years ago). Hopefully I'll be able to climb the steep learning curve I feel that most good fighters have (for the life of me could not understand SF, lol) especially for this latest MK.

Other than that I play whatever I find entertaining, but normally gravitate towards first person shooters. I was a BEAST at COD MW and Black Ops and played those obsessively with friends, despite the fact that the online gameplay was sometimes broken and frustrating as fuck.

I also love age of Empires, the second game expansion version probably being my favorite game of all time. I bought the third one about a month ago but have had only enough time to play one game so far, but I'm sure there'll be more.

I've always loved fighters despite not really being a high level player.

Arcade racing games(burnout, split second, Motorstorm).

Sandbox games( Though lately I've tired of them considerably. They have to have something compelling going on for me to see them through to the end). Very much looking forward to Infamous 2.

Action/Beat em ups. My love for this genre has really been rekindled the past few years. God of War trilogy, Bayonetta, Enslaved, Batman AA, etc.

I absolutely hate FPS, but have tried to warm up to them. Bulletstorm was pretty fun.

I like shooters.
I lean heavily towards 3rd person shooters, but Bulletstorm was just so damn fun!
Also I like the Fallout games, Dead Space 1&2, and sandbox games.
Anything that is customizable to the max (MK:A, wrestling games, SC4).
So yeah.
Loads of guts and gore is always nice.smile
