Yea Virtual Fighter was like a cheap version of tekken.

Actually, VF plays quite fast for a 3der, well, Evo and the VF4 incarnations do. Peep these vids...

You're always buffering shit in that game. It may not "look" fast at times, but the actual execution and play is fast as hell.

I gess you have a point, satyagraha, but i like my games to look fast,furious, and cool. And i personally don't like the character design in Virtua. But your, and everybody elses opinion is cool. That's what a community is about,hey?
I was thinking, i'm gonna post my favorite characters from every fighting franchise i can remember, and i'm going to see, if you guys are cool with it, what your favorites are. So, here goes:

Mortal Kombat: Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Reptile, Kenshi.
Street fighter: Zangief.
Tekken: Jin, Kazuya, Heihachi, Craig, Bryan, Yoshimitsu and Hwoarang.
Soul Calibur: Nightmare, Astaroth, Mitsurugi.
Killer Instinct: Fulgore, Saberwolf.

That is all i can think of for now.

Seriously though, i'm really discovering stuff about fighting games here, thanks guys.

It's really hard for me to choose, as I am a huge fan of fighters. MK is definitely the best franchise (IMO), but I play tons of other fighters.
