Just because some terrorists pray to allah for "evil" doesn't make allah evil. Fact is there are people out there praying to god to exterminate all the jews homosexuals blacks etc.... guess that makes god evil too by that logic.

The crusades and the inquisition jump to mind as major examples of christians commiting absurd atrocities in the name of god. Could get into a few other things too like oh say hitler exterminating the jews but hey not one to start something.

Ok, first, I'm Christian ok, but here's the thing... in some of my courses we have to study the bible (boring i know) and God is NOT nice or happy or light. He's just as vengful as the next diety. for example, the floods that destroyed the humans and animals... destroying the city of Soddom... and much more. He's a killer, just like the others. The God that christianity comes from is just a mix of all the male greek gods, while all of the goddesses were turned into saints. And the Goddess Venus became the mother Mary. You want to contradict me? try it, because when you're stuck studying 4 books on it in 3 different courses you get used to seeing it. As for what concerns me most? Well, I'm not fond of war, so what scares me is having a Nuc dropped on my head (meaning Canada or the States or anywhere as a matter of fact)..... And as for the Bird Flu, I see it as our version of the Black Plague, diesease hits everywhere... people killing innocent animals for it though is stupid... I know all the violent people dont represent all of Argentina or that region but a lot of people hate us and it's scary. Hugo Chavez is in insane...and I also saw the Paris riots...thats just scary stuff. And one of the guys arrested in London for the bombings, well they found his computer and it had a map of Washington DC and areas pointed out. Then they talked about Washington landmarks behind possibly targeted for bombings...
