Zidane is good...really good. The best player Real Madrid has.

HOWEVER...Ronaldinho is better. Even the most-die hard merengue hincha has to admit it. The guy does stuff nobody ever dreamed of, few people are able to do those things, and those who can simply copied him. BTW, I've praised him ever since his PSG days, way before he came to Barcelona.

Another thing I'm gonna LOVE watching is the Puyol-Ronaldo feud. If you saw their first meeting this season, Ronaldo only got by ONCE...and his goal (along with Roberto Carlos' goal) were crap...both of 'em went by Valdes 'cause the ball hit a player and that threw the goalie completely off.

Oh yeah, before I forget...regardless of what happens in the Santiago Bernabeu, if Real Madrid doesn't win La Liga...this entire year will be among the biggest failures in the club's history (it's already shaping up to be a disaster). I know they've gone years without winning anything, but taking into consideration the "talent" the team has acquired...they have absolutely no excuse for not winning all 3 cups...let alone barely winning 1 trophy.

I luv ronaldinho but Zidane is more of a complete player, even tho he's getting old (for football) he's got abilityes not many ppl has. and Yeah the Feud between the caveman and Ronaldinho is gonna be a cool thing to see.

Well as you know the RM hinchas we're always expecting the kids to win everything, but the biggest one was the champions, copa del Rey dind't hurt tha much as The Champions, but if they don't win la liga they're gonna have trouble, i hope Aguirre Coaches the team next season

I'm siding with Secrets on this one, mostly because I've come to hate Real Madrid. Don't get me wrong, they are a great team (and Roberto Carlos is phenomanal), but it's a lot of the "new" Madrid fans the just ruined them for me. People who never watched any international games before until Madrid turned into the NY Yankees of soccer.

As for the Champions...these semi-finals are among the worst I've ever seen. Not to knock any of the teams or what they've accomplished, but bigger teams SHOULD be there. I couldn't believe it when Monaco eliminated Real Madrid, and I almost went nuts with what happened between Deportivo & Milan.

And I don't think Aguirre would be a good choice for the team. Yeah, he did a good job taking Mexico to Korea/Japan 2002 and has done a fine job with Osasuna, but they need a BIG name to coach the team, not some no-name ex-assistant

And I was rollin when Coruna beat Milan; so much so that I showed up to a local pizzaria with a giant Milan poster in my Depor jersey. It was the best cheesesteak I ever had

I used to play soccer constantly. when i was living in Yugoslavia and when I had just come to Canada. But now it's only on occasion and the only soccer I follow is world cup soccer. I guess I've grown out of it. I play it at school all the time though. But I'm not what I used to be.

Silly Neo, in case you didn't know, people chant that when the Real is winning because of the refs helping them out (which happens ALL THE DAMN TIME; what they did against Valencia this season is one of the biggest screwjobs I've seen in soccer ).

What's YOUR ideal starting 11 for tomorrow? (BTW, take into consideration that Ronaldo will NOT play; it's been confirmed that he cannot play) Here's mine for Barcelona:

GOALIE: Victor Valdes

DEFENSE: Carles Puyol, Oleguer, Van Bronckhorst, Reiziger, Cocu (even though he plays more like a mid-fielder, TECHNICALLY he's a defender)

MID-FIELDERS: Xavi, Davids, Ronaldinho

STRIKERS: Saviola, Luis Garcia

Damn...I gotta take Luis Garcia off my list. He won't be able to play tomorrow

So, I'd put...either Kluivert (who has yet to play a COMPLETE game with Saviola all season long), Luis Enrique or Iniesta up front.

BTW, my three picks for the subs would definitely have to be Overmars, Quaresma, and someone like Gabri or Marquez to take over Puyol in case he can't complete the game.

Soccer kicks ass, my favourite team is PSV Eindhoven from the Netherlands. Almost every year they are the champions in the dutch league, too bad they suck in europe although they did make it to the 1/8 finals of the uefa cup.

My favourite player is Phillip Cocu, I hated the day that he left my team, but couldn't blame him, he is now a pilar in the barcelona team. I still love to see him play, the man can hold any position on the team, wich is very rare. Also i look very much like him.

My best day was when he personally signed my PSV shirt. So yeah... I like soccer.
