Sonic - Iconic. Hey, that rhymes, and you know it rhymes. To be a bit different, I'll say Metal Sonic, cus he was such a sick villain from the awesomeness that was Sonic CD.

Mr. Grimm (Twisted Metal 2) - Badassery to the enth degree. Demon ghoul haulin' ass on a motorbike with a killer crusher skull Special that descimates your opponent's health bar. Beastly.

Guybrush Threepwood (Monkey Island) - So pathetic in his quest to be a mighty pirate, you feel sorry for the poor fella, and root for him as he bumbles and fumbles his way across the Caribbean, with hilarious results.
