I've been an X-Men fan since I was a child. heh heh heck I even remember the X-men game on Sega.

They are saying this is the best one as of yet.

I personally thought Wolverine's Revenge rocked out, so I hope what they say is correct.

Me too. I think I was ten when I first started reading the comic. My favourite has always been Psylocke. I am so glad that she's in this new game.

So did I! I don't understand why everyone hated it so much. I really enjoyed it. I wish they would have added the second character that was originally meant to be in the game, but still, I thought it was a good game with a compelling story.

I want it! NOW! I can't wait to get this. I know little of the story, I just want it for the characters and because I love X-Men!

X-Men kicks ass, my favorite character is Gambit. So whats the deal with this game, I heard it was a real-time RPG, is this true and what else is going to be good about it?

ive loved xmen since i was a little kid so i am going to get this no matter what. Im not even a big fan of RPG games.

Let me ask this, for all you die-hard Marvel's. We all know X-Men the cartoon had the best music of any X-Men product to date (the film's score not-withstanding). Does Marvel own that song?? If they don't, they should buy the rights to it. It would be cool in X-Men games to hear that music as you battle. :)

The fact it has Jubilee and Beast (my two favorites) is reason enough for me to get it but crap like being able to unlock classic outfits and stuff is awesome. A team of Jubilee (Generation X costume), Nightcrawler (classic costume), Colossus (red and white costume), and Beast (X-Factor costume) would be far too awesome.

This game looks really cool. They have a great selection of characters, and Psylocke looks awesome! I hope they have alot of secrets in this game.

I like X-Men, its to bad that Northstar isnt in this game, hes my fav. mutant, but at least Emma Frost is in.

I'm not sure if they do or not, but it would fuckin rock if it was adapted to the games.

I'm really intrigued by Legends. From what I've seen so far it looks pretty cool. I'm not sure if it was me just seening things but it looks as though they have some multiple costumes for the charecters, which is a HUGE plus for me. Hopefully they have Wolvi's yellow and maroon and Cyke's blue and white costumes.

As for my favorite mutant it's Angel/Archangel with Wolverine and Gambit tied for second.

I agree. He's one of my favourites, too. And I think his abilities would have been great for a game like this. The cast of characters was chosen primarily from their individual popularity. Northstar, and other more recent characters like Sage didn't have as many fans as the older, more established characters.

Well, most of the cast are givens due to their massive popularity already, Magma because they wanted someone to "represent the player" (though out of the New Mutants, I would've preferred Cannonball, Mirage, Karma, or Wolfsbane), and Jubilee got in due to fan request (Archangel was supposed to be in the game originally but apparently enough people wanted Jubes in and someone had to be dropped so Warren's now just an NPC in the mansion). I seriously hope X-Men Legends 2 (if there is a sequel) add more characters. Surge from New X-Men: Academy X would be awesome (absorb electricity and discharge it as blasts or use it for super speed).

Meh, I like Warren as well however Jubes is pretty much at the top of my list of favorite X-Characters so yeah, I'm really not complainng.

I agree with you. I never was a big Jubilee fan. However, there is good news for you. According to the RavenGames forum, there is already a sequel in planning stages. The inclusion of Magma has already received enough negative feedback to have her and another unnamed character cut from the sequel's roster. And due to popular request (or complaint at this point, I would imagine) both Angel and Shadowcat have been added.

Angel taking Magma's place I can live with. I just hope they're not dropping Jubilee for Kitty as Jubes was the much better sidekick. I'm guessing Xavier will be the other to go though. I honestly don't see how well Kitty will work though as her power is too limited. Walk through walls and phase others to walk through walls, maybe going through robots for an instant kill. Surge, as new as she is, would be awesome for a game like this. Use an absorption technique to weaken machine type enemies or use her abilities to overload them, discharge electricity as blasts, and even use it for a form of super speed.

I can't remember where I read it, but I think there was talk of Shadowcat using Lockheed, her pet dragon-thing, for part of her attacks.

I think the object of it is to work together with the other 3 on your team, not simply have a roster of mutants that are near unstoppable.
