The Athlon a 64? If so, I've heard it can't play earlier games, but that there is a way to do so? Is it true?

No mines an Athlon XP not an Athlon 64. My friend has an Athlon 64 3200. He hasn't had any trouble playing older games. He is patiently awaiting the release of the 64 bit version of Windows XP. So he can take full advantage of his comp.
