Ocean Master? But even if he was in i would still vote Black Manta

Well I had to pick an Iconic Gadget & Iconic Power(Not Saying King Shark is but the only power water base guy I know so far). But unless Ocean Master is a power character than he can also be a choice cause I don't know any water base gadget character more iconic than Black Manta.

Both of them seem formidable options. May King Shark be on-disc and Black Manta DLC, that is if Aquaman will make it. We need more power.

If Aquaman doesn't make Imma throw my faeces at the wall.

I agree, Yeah the thing about DLC tho is that they might save those for other series characters, Let me explain, So far it looks like the game is JLA/Batman based. With that said the main core of the JLA members along with there iconic villains will probably be put in the majority of this game.

So Far.

Superman = Lex Luthor (Not Confirmed but come on in the first trailer it's obvious)
Batman = Joker
Catwoman = Harley Quinn
Nightwing = Grundy ( A Batman villain vs Batman Hero)
Green Arrow = Deathstroke
Wonder Woman = --Cirice(Don't know if I spelled her name right (Not Sure about this one)
Cyborg = ??? (Who Knows)
Flash = Captain Cold ( The ice blast in the first trailer is obvious and not Freeze if directed at Flash)

See what I'm saying so once this is all sorted out and the main members of the New52 JLA members or just main members in any time are placed in the game which may be majority then DLC will probably focus more on other characters whom aren't JLA or Batman related that people may want to see.

Like StarFire, Raven, Beast Boy, Static Shock, Blue Beetle, Swamp Thing, Lobo, Steel, Firestorm, Captain Atom, Metal men, Some Legion members, Space Ghost, Ice, Metamorpho etc and villains such as Shadow King, Black Adam, DOOMSDAY, and etc etc just some of the top of my head.

Well that my theory so going by it if Aquaman is included even tho it probably will be Black Manta for obvious reason I would like to have King Shark instead because it creates diversity in both characters as far as being obscure and giving the Suicide Squad some shine besides Harley and he is also in the New 52, And then the diversity in being Power character simply because as of now Superman & Grundy look like the only Pure Power characters, Wonder Woman & Cyborg look a bit like hybrids between Power & Gadget and Possible Green Lantern will too, While Batman, Harley, Nightwing, Catwoman, Green Arrow & Deathstroke are all gadget characters, Flash is . . . .idk.

Now for anyone who would say well we can't have King Shark cause we already have Grundy as the Bruiser!!!, Well if that was so then we shouldn't have DeathStroke cause we already have lets see Batman, Nightwing & Green Arrow as the Martial Arts weapons fighter, See what I mean?

If anything, Nightwing's iconic villian counterpart would be Deathstroke. Cyborg might also have Deathstroke.

Sure, there are characters in this game that also have their arch-nemeses in the game, and surely the iconic ones like Lex will most likely make it, but I don't think NS is going completely out of their way to make sure every character has an iconic counterpart villian.

Green Arrow/Deathstroke's a bit of a no brainer, particularly now.
For what it's worth, Wonder Woman's packed with Solomon Grundy [in the action figure series]. Made of clay versus made of wood? I dunno.

Black Manta's probably the obvious pick, but I think there'd be a special kind of glee seeing King Shark marching around the screen.
